When the crowns convene

This blog is a platform for all to chip in and to share their beliefs in what quality leadership is to them, how we can achieve it and their respective leadership models. It will also be the platform for explaining the theories behind the beliefs and how the leadership model is formed.

Being open to all, this blog's purpose is to help us learn the different aspects and perceptions of leadership and maybe even find a supreme leadership model, if there is one, or we could simply put together various theories and beliefs to make an improvised but superior leadership model.
